Rotary club of Pune Pride along with Viththal Mitra Mandal and Sankalp purti foundation organised a blood donation drive on July 4th 2021 . This drive was planned by Community Service director PP Nandkumar Tapre and Mr. Girish Khatri , a passionate community leader. The blood collection was facilitated by Jankalyan Blood Bank Pune at Pratidnya Mangal Karyalaya Karvenagar. This drive was supported by the citizens in the nearby community and resulted in collection of *57* bottles of blood. COVID Pandemic has put us all in difficult situation for past one and half years. The blood donation drive is an excellent example of generosity of people ( donors) and great courage. The drive was carried out by maintaining social distancing norms and universal precautions. Rotary Club members contributed in the event as volunteers and blood donors!
