The Vocational Excellence Award is awarded to an individual who may or may not be a Rotarian. However, the recipient is expected to live and work within District 3131. In addition, the awardee is expected to be aware of Rotary's involvement in their community. The Awardee is expected to have demonstrated vocational excellence of the highest order. In doing so, they are expected to have set a clear example to others, particularly the youth of Injdia. For the Awardee, the need to pursue and strive for vocational excellence will be demonstrated through a proven record of dedication to a specific vocation, which is resulting in benefits to the community.
