| Minutes of Meeting | President Radha commenced the meeting by welcoming all the BOD Members to the third BOD meeting of the Rotary Year, 2024-25. Radha mentioned that we have had a great start to the year across various avenues and highlighted the following in the first quarter of the RY 2024-2025 1. Increasing involvement of New Members across different avenues. 2. NWANI 3.0 Launch and progress is on course 3. Blood donation camp executed and one more in the pipeline. 4. RCC Formation at Hivre, and Water and Sanitation Project is on the verge of completion. 5. Tree Plantation. 6. Chatra Chaya 7. CA / Doctors day and felicitation done on day 1 and teachers of club felicitation was done on 5th September. 8. Rotaract Club Installation done Around 15 projects and key activities have been done in the first two and half months which is highly appreciable. |
